Bianca and Barnaby, the kids, though spending a lot of time by themselves, also have a very active lifestyle! Mamá Uf es detective y trabaja tanto que no tiene tiempo libre, y Papá Uf fotógrafo de aventurero. Se levantan muy temprano para ir a trabajar CADA DÍA, hasta los fines de semana. Tana y Tino Uf, los niños, aunque pasan mucho tiempo solos, también tienen un estilo de vida muy activo! Ella se encarga de cuidar a las mascotas de la familia y Tino cocina platos deliciosos; algún día se convertirá en un gran chef.
Pero últimamente, algo muy extraño está pasando en la casa de los Uf. Cada día desaparece una cosa diferente! Mamá Uf, como buena profesional en investigar y resolver misterios, no consigue averiguar quién está detrás de estas desapariciones de ninguna de las maneras. Un día no encuentran los libros de fotografía, luego el telescopio desaparece y los Uf ya comienzan a entrar en pánico. Deberían llamar a la policía? Quién es el responsable de este lío? Tana y Tino... Espera, a qué vienen esas caras tan largas?
Author Biography
Paula Merlán (Vigo, 1979) is a Spanish award-winning author. She graduated in Law and Education. Currently, she combines writing with teaching, her two passions. She has published more than twenty children's books, many of them translated into several languages such as Galician, Basque, Catalan, English, Italian, French and Korean. Her most important books are The Bizzies (Cuento de luz, 2019) and A Surprise for Mrs. Tortoise (Nubeocho, 2017), winner at the 2018 International Latino Book Awards.
The award-winning illustrator Blanca Millán was born in Galicia, Spain. Since she was little she was attracted to the art world, filling the walls of the house with small drawings with waxes. She studied Fine Arts at the School of Pontevedra, Spain.
