Lady Louise receives an urgent message: Mrs. Claus and the elves are in a race to complete orders that they have received to make Christmas special for rescued pets. It is their busiest year ever, and the elves worry that they won't get gifts ready in time. Lady Louise, Prince Brother and Miss Amourette rush to pack their bags and travel to the North Pole. Lady Louise discovers a magical world where elves are dedicated to making so many people and pets happy. But at the very last minute, a surprise order comes into the Gift Center. As all the gifts are being loaded on Santa's sleigh, Lady Louise faces a critical decision on how she can help a dog who has just been adopted. What can she do to make a difference in the rescued dog's life?
