At forty-four years old after two failed marriages, four children, and being unsuccessful at dating, I took seven years to work on myself. My therapy is working out in the gym and participating in bodybuilding competitions. During my preparation for a bodybuilding show, I push myself to the extremes and I find that same drive spills over into other areas of my life. During each prep for a show, I have experienced major breakthroughs that brought much healing to my life. During this seven-year journey, I turned my self doubt into self confidence and also discovered the importance of self-love. In my book I share my personal journey on how I went from living a life of brokenness and self-doubt to living a fulfilled life full of peace, happiness, and self-confidence. It hope to inspire and share with you how you too can develop self-love and the self-confidence you desire to have in your life starting today.
