After many nights of frustrating family devotions, Jody began to try and write his own devotion for his family. He was looking to write something that was engaging, thought provoking and fun for his children. But nothing ever came to mind and he just couldn't put on paper what his heart felt his family needed. He began to search the internet for something that might help him and he discovered a daily devotional for families at the ministry of Heaven's Family He began doing these with his family and realized there was no reason to reinvent the wheel.
