Author Biography

María Turtschaninoff escribe cuentos de hadas desde los cinco años. Ha sido galardonada con el Premio Finlandia Junior, el Premio de Literatura Sueca YLE y el Premio de la Sociedad de Literatura Sueca, este último en dos ocasiones. También ha sido nominada al Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award. Entre sus autores favoritos, se encuentran Diana Wynne Jones, Lloyd Alexander, Philip Pullman, Ursula K. Le Guin y C. S. Lewis. Maria estudió ecología humana y trabaja a tiempo completo como escritora. Vive en Finlandia.
