JOHN HASKELL was the oldest son of the immigrant, ROGER HASKELL, who settled in Salem, Massachusetts in 1635. Roger was the oldest son of WILLIAM HASKELL and ELINOR FOULE, whose descendants are described in the book, Haskells in North America - Descendants of William Haskell and Elinor Foule Through Five Generations, published by the Haskell Family Association. JOHN HASKELL married PATIENCE SOULE, the daughter of Mayflower passenger GEORGE SOULE on 16 January 1666. This book details the genealogy of the descendants of JOHN HASKELL and PATIENCE SOULE through six generations.
