Pastor Rajatabla pastors a challenging and financially struggling small storefront church in a large metropolitan city. Raja is a bi-vocational clergy, financially supporting his family with a secular job. Raja grew a low key reputation, within a religious dogmatic subculture within Spanish Pentecostal circles, of his being able to dicipher mysteries within hysteria, gossip and sincere concerns.

Author's Preface:
Greetings from the South Bronx, New York City, where at the age of five years old, over sixty years ago, I was introduced to my Spanish Pentecostal adventure. I wrote this fictional work with mixed emotions and a supersized side order of gratitude. These logged short stories were inspired and drawn out from vintage circulated Spanish Pentecostal urban legends, actual experiences shared by belated mentors during my relatively expensive formal pastoral education, my own personal ministerial experiences and love for storytelling. This makeshift quirky novel is meant to be both borderline irreverent and lovingly embracing of what the Lord has allowed me to be tested through and enriched by. I hope and pray that it would be of some sort of therapeutic processing aid to those that have survived any toxic versions of Pentecostalism as well as being uplifting to those called to tirelessly serve others through this 'movimiento de Dios' (movement of God).....whether it be in its classical modality or guised in nondenominational garbs: )
