Travel with us to the past. The place is a crossroads called Aurelian Springs. In the late 1800s a few locals started a school. By 1950, it had grown to 500 students. Many graduates embarked upon illustrious careers in the larger world. Many others stayed home and farmed, taught school, took jobs in local industries. Today there are thousands of us who fondly remember the place where we got our start: Aurelain Springs School
