Mer Cury is an alien from outer space that is encountered with the challenge of going to school in Planet Earth by the request of his parents. He has never been to Earth before, so he is anxious to know what awaits for him there. As an alien surrounded by human beings, this book explores themes of social acceptance as Mer Cury navigates life in another planet looking very different than everybody else. Now, it is up to him to make it a memorable experience during his time on Earth. As he crosses borders, he is also challenged with leaving his parents back home as he is given the opportunity to get his education on another planet. He is encountered with the emotions of adjusting to his new normal and still missing his parents back home. Now, the question is, will Mer Cury stay on planet Earth or will he return home to outer space?
