Mexico Sano has as its objective to share healthy, delicious, practical, balanced and nutritious recipes, created by Chef P a Quintana, using highest quality Mexican organic ingredients.
Due to P a's extensive years of study and experience we wish to demonstrate that not all tasty food is fattening and that not all foods we like and enjoy are harmful; to the contrary, it is possible to create delicious and nutritious dishes.
On preparing a dish knowing the quality of the ingredients we are using is essential, since their nature determines, in great part, their healthiness. Thus the importance of using fresh, organic and trustworthy products.
Today, we need to place special attention in what we eat, since a balanced diet translates into years with a better quality of life. The purpose of this book is to reach all persons interested in their health and wellness, as well as those not yet conscious of the importance of a balanced diet, and to demonstrate the transcendence of organic ingredients so that they become a beneficial life-style for everyone.
