He has 17 years of experience as a development officer within various NFP organizations and has been focusing on designing CRM solutions within the non-profit sector for more than a decade. Edward Kachinske has written more than 25 books on CRM-related topics, including Maximizing Your Sales with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Maximizing Your Sales with Salesforce.com, Managing Contacts with Outlook, and the Official Sage Instructor-Led Training Manuals. Edward holds more than a dozen Microsoft certifications and is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and MCITP with a specialization in CRM. Adam Kachinske is a CRM consultant for Innovative Solutions in Washington, DC.
