by Philip Lawton (Author)
The second edition of Middle Office: Managing Financial Institutions in Turbulent Times opens with an added section containing short, readable articles on investment philosophy and behavioral finance. These pieces offer generalists as well as operational managers a broader context for understanding the subsequent essays-including some that are newly incorporated in this collection-on key concepts and issues in organizational leadership, regulatory compliance, risk management, and investment performance measurement.
