Kim Gold is the co-creator of the Mindful Life Weight Loss program. She has studied and practiced ways of personal growth through meditative disciplines and psychology for more than 25 years. She has an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a registered yoga teacher. She has dedicated her life to helping people trying to lose weight to find holistic and sustainable weight loss in the context of mindful eating.
