This first of three manuals have been written in response to the numerous requests I have received to help prepare men and women to (a) understand their call to ministry, (b) know how to properly respond to that call to ministry (c) understand the role and function of church leaders, (d) learn principles necessary for spiritual success in ministry and (e) understand the basic nature and structure of the Church. This first module has been designed to serve as an introductory work for those who sense a call to the gospel ministry, however, it is also a great tool that can be used to refresh those who are engaged in ministry work already. All terms and principles have been laid out in a simple and somewhat non-technicall form making it excellent for any type of study group. My prayer is that after you have read this work your life will be the richer and your walk with God more rooted and grounded.
