Young girls will learn the four types of bullying (verbal, physical, social and cyber bullying) and the "talk-walk-tell" strategy for dealing with bullies. Girls are encouraged to learn a "No Bullying Pledge" as well as a "Kindness Pledge." The girls are encouraged to perform 10 acts of kindness with their parents that cost no money since research has shown that if children are taught how to be kind to one another, bullying is reduced at school.
