Contained in these pages is a short collection of memories, just a few days, taken from their place in time, and committed to paper. Some of these memories are somewhat dim . others as vivid as the day they happened. All are true, and all are as accurate as memory will allow. It is not my intention to give you, the reader, a detailed account of every little thing that happened in my life, but rather to take you on a journey that spans three quarters of a century, and let you walk with me as parts of my life unfold.
