It was easy to lose sight of what was important when Covid19 shook the world. Being lost in my thoughts and emotions was hard at first. Many people, including family, lost their jobs and their livelihood and were uncertain about the future. I was heartbroken to see pain and despair all around me. So I decided to pick up a pen and I started to write. Writing gave me peace and I was able to navigate through all my emotions and find my happiness again. This book is a combination of wisdom I put together that helped me ground myself. I cannot take full credit for the contents of this book. I shared much of what I had learned over the years and combined it with my personal experiences. I hope you can use what is on these pages to find your peace and learn how to love yourself again, as I have.
