Author Biography
Shawn Kerivan was born in Quincy, Massachusetts and raised in Green Harbor, a small fishing village in the town of Marshfield, twenty-nine miles southeast of Boston. He attended the University of Maine at Orono, and received an MFA in creative writing from Goddard College in Plainfield, Vermont. He's worked in the commercial fishing industry, as a commercial painter, a carpenter, and a freelance writer. For the past fourteen years he's owned and operated a small inn in Stowe, Vermont, with his wife and two sons.
