When it launched in 2007, National Geographic Little Kids magazine became an instant success, and has won many early education kudos including the coveted Golden Lamp and the Parents' Choice Award. Circulation has reached 327,000. Parents have come to rely on the magazine for entertaining and educational content for young children. Additionally, over the next couple of years there is going to be a spike in the number of preschool-aged kids, widening the market for more Little Kids-branded products.
