Jolly Chi Don Nwagbo; an African Canadian, is a business and financial economist. An ex-student of Loyola College Ibadan and Holy Ghost College Owerri Nigeria. He is the President of First September International; a Business, Financial and Publishing House, As a Consultant of long years, he is an expert and gives professional advice on managerial methods to private and public sector establishments. He conducts research on the effectiveness of managerial policies and programs, including comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and private sectors. He is a specialist on Third World Debt; an author of "Third World Debt Trap", "Vegabonds In Power" volumes 1-3, "Nigeria For Sale But who will buy"? Biafra, Oduduwa and Ambazonia.
