The noni tree, scientifically known as Morinda citrifolia, has big, evergreen leaves and yellowish fruit. The Pacific Islands, Southeast Asia, Australia, and India are all home to this plant. The medicinal properties of noni have been extracted from the plant's roots, stems, bark, leaves, flowers, and fruit. In particular, fruit juice contains a significant amount of potassium. It also includes vitamin C, vitamin A, and a large number of other compounds, all of which have the potential to help activate the immune system and heal damaged cells in the body. Noni is also used for a variety of illnesses, including cancer, high blood pressure, dull sports performance, aging skin, diabetes, and many more; however, there is insufficient evidence from credible scientific studies to support these claims.
