Mathew "Doc" Pearson wants nothing more than to put his life of service behind him, especially the clandestine missions, the shooting, the being shot and most of all, working with his ex-wife. We don't always get what we want. Doc Pearson, a fifth-generation cattle rancher in Central Florida, earned his nickname along with his Ph.D. from the University of Florida.
