Fall has made the air crisp and cool and the town is preparing for its yearly Harvest Festival. Poppy wants to bring snow cones to the celebration, but all of the ice she had been saving up to make them has melted. Poppy doesn't like that. Poppy and the townspeople need their snow cones!
