Prayers for opening and closing the work meetings of faith groups. The author defines prayer as "reverent attention to the mysteries of life." Hence these prayers are for thoughtful people of all traditions--from Humanist to Hindu, Buddhist to Christian, and more--who work together in a faith community or faith setting.
