This book includes a study of the doctrinal basics of the Church of the Nazarene throughout the world, as expressed in the Articles of Faith. In simple language, the study explains the doctrines of the Trinity, the Bible, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, sin and salvation, justification, sanctification, the Church and its purpose, the sacraments (Baptism and the Lord's Supper), the Kingdom of God, the Second Coming of Christ, the resurrection from the dead, the final judgment, eternal life and hell. Each of these doctrines is explained using the respective Biblical passages for both consultation and reference.
The book contains eight group lessons appropriate for youth and adults. Each lesson includes life application activities for personal growth and the opportunity to put these gifts into practice through ministries in the local church.
