This work is signed by Jes俍 Pascual, one of the most powerful young voices of the Spanish queer scene, and constitutes a rich and innovative reflection on the queer passions hidden in the Andalusian copla during Franco's regime. The discourse is articulated around the figure of Antonio, "la Palomita", whose photographs and experiences are the backbone of the book. Antonio's intimacy is linked to Rafael de Le's coplas through the lucid analysis of the author, who offers us a warm and very necessary look at passion, the expression of desire and sexual dissidence during the dictatorship.
