Oftentimes, our emotions can be our worst enemy. We constantly beat up on ourselves because of the lives we have led and the thoughts we've had in secret. We feel that the things we have done, gone through, felt and thought disqualify us for God's unconditional love. These thoughts and emotions can cause us to spiral even further in the dark corners of our mind. The purpose of Refreshment for the Soul is to give God's answers to those dark emotional feelings and thoughts. What is inside of us has never been a secret of God. He is all knowing. He answers with love, grace and mercy. He shows us that no matter what, He is a loving and forgiving God. Our heavenly Father wants us to know that no matter what we think, feel or go through, nothing can separate us from His love.
