When she loses her money, her passport and her bag, however, she finds herself alone and hungry in a chaotic and intimidating city. But a chance encounter with the enigmatic Santiago, and his temperamental cat, doña Margarita, leads her to unexpected adventures and the chance to look at life from a different angle.
