Since the end of World War II, the ongoing efforts aimed at criminal prosecution, restitution, and other forms of justice in the wake of the Holocaust have constituted one of the most significant episodes in the history of human rights and international law. As such, they have attracted sustained attention from historians and legal scholars. Author Biography
Norman J. W. Goda is the Norman and Irma Braman Professor of Holocaust Studies at the University of Florida. His books include The Holocaust: Europe, the World, and the Jews 1918-1945 (2013), Tales from Spandau: Nazi Criminals and the Cold War (2007), and the edited volume Jewish Histories of the Holocaust: New Transnational Approaches (2014).
