This devotional is a selection of writing geared to draw the reader closer and deeper into their walk with the Lord. It is meant to be a launching pad for the reader to dig deeper into the Lord as they are directed. It is not meant to direct the thoughts and revelations of the readers. Rather, it is meant to direct the reader to the One Who is intended to direct their lives. Its approach is one of simplicity and accessibility with no desire for lofty ascents in its content. It is designed in practical fashion with the desire for the reader to be at ease as they go through it. It is designed to be a companion book to the music project of the same name, though it is able to be a stand-alone, eight day devotional for the hungry heart.
