Author Biography
Frank Singleton is a former Senior Forecaster with the Met Office and is an RYA Yachtmaster with over 50,000 miles under his keel, mainly on the family Hallberg-Rassy 34. He has cruised widely in European and Mediterranean waters as well as the Caribbean.
