Colin Williams has a degree in Arabic and French from the University of Leeds. He has lived in Egypt, the Czech Republic, Italy, France, Portugal, and Bulgaria. He owned and ran his own language school in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria for eleven years. He now lives in Cambridge, UK.
