This revised edition of the Southern Railway Dining Car Cookbook includes additional "traditional" southern recipies for some of the vegetables that, in the original edition, were variations of "open the package and heat." While wanting to stay true to the content of the original source material, I also wanted to strive to give readers a taste of what was missing with the passage of time.
