Born in Martinsville, Virginia, raised in Spencer, Virginia, Richard Foley exiled himself from my his own homeland. Vacationing further south because he surmised the grass is greener on the other side; he concluded that it was just an ignis fatuus. Hilliard, Florida is where he currently dwell.
