In the 12+ months after my wife Kristi died, I hosted the most incredible Celebration of Life, drove my RV 11,500 miles spreading her ashes in ten different locations in the United States and Canada, wondered what life means for me now that she's gone and have experienced an incredible range of emotions. This book is a collection of the thoughts, ideas and feelings I was able to capture while travelling with my dog Jake, afterwards upon my return home and throughout the grieving process. It has been a journey. It doesn't contain any answers, at least not the philosophical kind, but it does try show that despite all that has happened, it helps to try and find the positive, even when you have nothing but your own grief and words on paper to console you.
