An 11:59 Experience is when you have come to the end of yourself and all of your natural abilities. It's a time when nothing and no one can help you. The circumstance can make you feel helpless, hopeless or even desperate. The situation may be physical, financial or even emotional. You are in a dilemma. The only solution is a Miracle which you can't perform nor anyone else, except God. God created time and put us in it. Our lives are regulated and driven by it.
