In 1850 early\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003epioneers faced multiple problems and challengers while on the trail but the most serious were\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ethree diseases that were killing people right and left. They were Smallpox, Measles and Cholera.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe train would face all three as they travelled west.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhen the wagon train arrives in Grand River Oklahoma Peter recruits five Cherokee Indians\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eto join the train as scouts.
