Earning his Commercial and Flight Instructor\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eratings in 1965, he took his first job in aviation as\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAssistant Airport Manager at Lyons Kansas. Back in\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHutchinson in 1966, he earned more ratings. On\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOctober 14, 1968, Michael was hired by Wells\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAircraft Inc. as a pilot. In April 1969, was transferred to\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDillon Co's. Inc.
