Author Biography
Julie DeEsch-Kaminski has been a coach, counselor, personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over twenty-five years during which she performed group counseling, dynamic group instruction, creative solutions and project management in private practice as well as for major corporations and health centers. In these roles she enhances all areas of wellness, including stress management, spiritual fulfillment, fitness, health, nutrition and eating behaviors. Julie lives in New Jersey with her husband and three children in a peaceful, flourishing home, surrounded by colorful paintings and inspiring treasures.
