Alli Brydon is a children's book author and a bit of an "everything" nerd; she loves to dive down the research rabbit hole when crafting nonfiction about creatures, from insects to lemurs to humans. A few other things you should know about Alli: Her favorite place is the beach, but the mountains speak her language. She has the sense of humor of a 7-year-old. And she will never ever kill a spider.
Writing The Great Big ME Experiment involved a lot of silly fun, in-depth conversations with kids and parents, and some serious soul-searching. Her children's books include Bright Winter Night, illustrated by Ashling Lindsay, and Lobstah Gahden, illustrated by EG Keller. Alli is a New Yorker who now lives in England with her family.
