by Casimir Valla (Translator), Henri-Marie Boudon (Author)

356 years ago Fr. Henri-Marie Boudon did something that reverberates through the world to this day.

St. Louis de Montfort revealed...

"Predestinate soul, here is a secret the Most High has taught me, which I have not been able to find in any book, old or new. I confide it to you, by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit" ("The Secret of Mary", #1).

Although he couldn't find this secret in any book, when he decided to teach this secret to others, he quoted THIS book more than any other.

Montfort Father Jean-Marie Texier confirmed...

"The writings of this holy priest (Fr. Boudon) charmed the fervent seminarian (St. Louis) in his free time and gave a lively impulse to his momentum toward the good. But none captivated him as much as "The Holy Slavery of the Admirable Mother of God". It is a rich repertoire from which Montfort drew extensively when he composed his "Treatise on the True Devotion". One finds, in effect, in the writings of Montfort, the thoughts of Boudon, and sometimes even his expressions."

That's why St. Louis' best friend, Fr. Blain, said this was his favorite book...

"As Louis-Marie devoted a lot of time to spiritual reading, he became familiar with nearly all books dealing with the spiritual life. Those which in my opinion were his favorites were those by the late Fr. Boudon. He would have liked everybody to join the society of the slaves of the Blessed Virgin. The source of this zeal was the book "The Holy Slavery of the Admirable Mother of God" written on this subject by the late Fr. Boudon."

Now, as surprising as it may sound, Jesus needs you to learn this secret devotion, because He intends to save souls through you.

Your reading about this proves you're not like most people.

Here's why...

God says...

"The perverse are hard to be corrected, and the number of fools is infinite" (Eccles. 1:15).

Which means God can't count on most people to use good judgment in their own best interest.

Jesus confirmed this when He warned...

"How narrow is the gate and constricted is the way that leads to life. And few there are who find it!" (Mt. 7:13-14)

The fact that you're reading about St. Louis de Montfort's favorite book proves you are NOT among that infinite number of fools.

That's why you're well-qualified to help Jesus save souls.

Even though Jesus tells you...

"For without Me you can do nothing" (Jn. 15:5)...

He has willed not to save souls without your help.

That's why Pope Pius XII wrote...

"Because Christ the Head holds such an eminent position, one must not think that He does not require the help of the Body. Yet this, also, must be held, marvelous though it may seem: Christ has need of His members. Moreover, as our Savior does not rule the Church directly in a visible manner, He wills to be helped by the members of His Body in carrying out the work of redemption.

"That is not because He is indigent and weak, but rather because He has so willed it for the greater glory of His spotless Spouse" (Mystici Corporis, #44).

Our Lady insisted at Fatima that the situation will only get worse if you don't help Jesus save souls...

"Pray, pray much, and sacrifice for sinners, for many souls go to hell because there is no one to sacrifice and pray for them."

The fact is, in God's plan, you have a tremendously important role to play in the salvation of souls.

Because Our Lady says souls urgently need help, and because Jesus can't count on most people to help Him, I have to ask, can Jesus and Mary count on you, so they can save souls through you?

You must help Our Lady now, because, as she said at Fatima, time runs out for many souls every day.

Because St. Louis de Montfort encouraged everyone to read this book, why don't you give it a try?
