Cathleen Jo Faruque is a Professor in the Department of Social Work at Winona State University, Winona, Minnesota USA. Muhammad Samad is a Professor at the Institute of Social Welfare and Research - University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Thomas Hill is the Director of Learning Spaces within the Teaching, Learning, Technology Support Department at Winona State University, Winona, Minnesota.
