Author Biography
John Seigel Boettner and David Teton-Landis stumbled upon the magic of microphone and camera as teachers at Santa Barbara Middle School. Desiring to share their discovery with other kids and teachers in the most compelling and understandable way, they decided to note their processes, measure their ingredients, and turn them into a cookbook. When they are not with kids, you can find them gatherered around their wood-fired ovens sharing pizza with neighbors. John is also the author of Hey Mom, Can I Ride My Bike Across America?
