Author Biography
Anton Pavlovich Chekhov (1860 -1904) was a Russian author and dramatist renowned to be among the greatest writers of short stories of all time. He also practice medicine throughout his literary career. At first, he writes only for financial gain that soon grew artistically formal and innovating which contributes to the evolution of the modern short story.
