Earl Mindell, R.Ph., Ph.D., is an internationally recognized expert on nutrition, drugs, vitamins, and herbal remedies. He is the author of more than fifty books, including Dr. Earl Mindell's New Vitamin Bible, New Herb Bible, and Anti-Aging Bible. A registered pharma- cist, master herbalist, and professor of nutrition at Pacific Western University, Dr. Mindell conducts nutritional seminars around the world. He lives in Beverly Hills, California.
