Author Biography
Julio Alvarado is an author, speaker, teacher, and "Kingdom life" coach-mentor. Julio has overcome drug addiction, alcoholism, financial ruin, divorce, suicidal tendencies, depression and many other negative lifestyle issues. In February of 2006, after being a traditional Christian for over 15 years, Julio experienced a unique encounter with God. His life journey has taken him from times of great emotional, physical and spiritual difficulty to a new life of experiencing God in an authentic and unique way. This experience birthed in him a hunger that changed the direction of his life. Through the many things he has overcome and the wonderful truths he has been blessed to discover, Julio is now on an inspiring and focused place in his life's journey. He began to pursue the truth about who God predestined him to be from a true "Kingdom of God" perspective. The vital discoveries Julio made have resulted in the discovery of his primary God ordained purpose: To help people learn how to hear the voice of God in a dynamic way, empowering them to discover, develop and "do life" from the greatest learning environment possible - the place within them that Jesus called "The Kingdom of God." Julio follows God's original, Kingdom-of-Heaven-oriented personal development plan, which is to Build One's Life from the Inside Out. He has a vision and passion to help others do the same. Julio was recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Philosophy from KME University of Alabama, an affiliate of Freedom Bible College of Arkansas for his in-depth research of key biblical topics. Julio is currently starting a ministry, which involves public speaking and teaching, creating books and other resources that transcend traditional religious teaching on key topics.
