Gunhild is so close to the gods, she can feel it. Odin assists her in her journey, but getting there is just the start. Will they accept her as a god?
She meets the gods but is disappointed to learn that they have all accepted the prophecy of Ragnarok as truth, and there is no point in trying to save the world. God of Thunder will rage, tree trunks will shiver, Jotuns will run amok. But Gunhild has other plans. She battles the gods to prove her worth and prove them wrong. Loki is brought forth by Odin's wife, Frigg, and he must answer for his mistakes.
Gunhild's travels lead mainly to many foes, but a few enemies become friends, persuaded by Gunhild's unwavering determination and burning passion for her own cause. Being a tiny Jotun against a big, powerful world, Gunhild must fight smart and learn a trick or two from Loki to earn the title of godhood. Certainly, Gunhild will stop at nothing to forge her own fantastic path and make her dream come true.
