Dr. Nelson lives in Lebanon, Oregon. Jim has lived and worked in Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington, USA; Kochi, Japan; and Toronto, Ontario and Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. He has worked in the fishery for over 40 years.
