Eric Zandona is Director of Spirits Information at the American Distilling Institute, and a writer for Distiller Magazine. He also runs the website EZdrinking.com and is an author/editor for the ADI's publishing arm, White Mule Press and The Bourbon Bible. He lives in Mexico.
