James E. Orlikoff is president of Orlikoff and Associates a Chicago-based consulting firm specializing in health care leadership, quality, and risk management. He is executive director of the American Governance and Leadership Group.
Mary K. Totten is president of Totten & Associates, an Oak Park, Illinois-based consulting firm specializing in health careleadership, education, and development.
Orlikoff and Totten have written five books that have been published by the American Hospital Association.
